Subia's is an organic, vegan, kosher and gourmet neighborhood food store. In addition, Subia's Cafe features delicious freshly made vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic, and gluten-free dishes - both hot and cold - made from all-organic products. The menu includes sandwiches, wraps, burgers, soups, salads, pastries, quiches, muffins and more... Subia's is very vegan friendly as the daily vegan menu includes over a dozen choices. Juice bar offers a variety of fresh squeezed vegetable and fruit juice blends and smoothies. Subia's atmosphere is friendly and relaxing; both patio and indoor seating is available. Subia's continuously features art works from Jersey City's hottest artists.

I love everything about Subia - the food, the people, the atmosphere - everything. I walk there every Saturday and Sunday to enjoy a nice brunch and do some shopping. Products they sell are all hand-selected for quality and the food they prepare is so tasty. Try the vegan BLT and the blueberry smoothie (#2), the combination is to die for!
