This place is great in many ways, though in other ways it is pretty yuppie. There is high kitsch value and a fairly relaxes atmosphere for a Starr restaurant. Showing up in jeans and a T-shirt is okay. The food is good and is sort of an American snack food tapas set up, which makes it better for snacking and drinking, than dinner. I like the roof deck a lot, as Philadelphia is sorely lacking comfortable outdoor seating. I recommend this place during non-dinner hours (so before 7pm on weekends or on weekdays). The clientèle from old city invades during Friday and Saturday nights. Then it is pure yuppiedom.
